Due to our extensive experience in the specialist healthcare design environment we have engaged with NHS Estates on a number of occasions to assist in the drafting of published Department of Health Guidance.
On the recent Health Building Note No.'s HBN 53 Volume 1: Satellite Dialysis Unit and HBN 09-03 Neonatal Units, we have been engaged as Architectural Advisors to the publication team, whilst on the other documents, such as HTM 06, our Authorising Engineer has been part of the panel of consultees on the drafts of the documentation.
Elsewhere our pioneering work on both Community Hospitals and Children's Hospitals has been recognised by reference in a number of other Department of Health documents on aspects of healthcare design.
