We initially provided the Client drawings and details for a building regulation submission, based upon the Clients own design ideas for the refurbishment of the Bar, this was expanded to comprise; a full interior design and rebranding scheme, detailed discussions with the planners about elements of the building that were listed and seeking tenders from suitable contractors.
