T.A.D. were appointed by Kier, who were in turn appointed by the University of Lincoln under their SCAPE framework.
The works involved the refurbishment of 7 blocks of student accommodation, incorporating approximately 320 bedrooms, ensuites, 57 communal kitchens and ancilliary accommodation.
T.A.D. undertook survey work over the christmas break at short notice to assist in establishing the scope fo works for the refurbishment, prior to producing a descriptive schedule of works and specification.
T.A.D also prepared detailed kitchen layouts, including loose furniture in lounge areas and assisted in the preparation of a specification for External Works associated with other blocks of accommodation on the site.
