T.A.D. have been working with Kettering Borough Council on development of the first of a number of small infill sites around the town. The scheme provides 6 one bedroom bungalows on a former garage site in the first housing development being undertaken directly by the Council for a number of years. A public consultation was held in the Summer this year and provided positive feedback about the scheme that has recently obtained Planning approval.
