Kevin Rayworth
Managing Director & Chartered Architect
BA(Hons), Dip Arch, ARB, RIBA
Kevin has over 35 years of design within the health sector and his experience of working with multi-faceted client groups including clinicians, nursing staff, managers and patients is extensive. He therefore has a real understanding of the needs of Trust estate teams, through his experience as Acting Director of Estates to major Health Trusts.
Kevin is an avid model railway enthusiast and spends much of his time making models of railways at home and abroad, alongside his other interest of DIY.
David Rayworth
Director & Chartered Architect
BA(Hons), B.Arch, PgDip PMA, ARB, RIBA
Responsible for the architectural division, David has oversight of all our teams and resources and manages projects and frameworks to ensure our level of service remains at the high level our clients expect. David also has extensive experience designing and leading significant capital projects.
In his time away from the office David enjoys hitting a small black ball around a squash court, playing and watching football with his son and family walks in the Peak District and further afield.
Peter Allan
Director
BTec HNC, BSc(Hons)
Peter’s extensive experience in the production of design and construction information and the management of projects on site, is aligned with his eye for detail and knowledge of construction techniques and ability to work and lead teams of people. He is a highly experienced Computer user with considerable experience and skill in co-ordination of computer systems, particularly BIM/CAD systems. Peter also leads the practice in all health & safety related aspects, providing the Principal Designer service to many of our clients and coordinating the internal health & safety work of the office.
Outside of work Peter enjoys running, tinkering with cars and DIY.
Laura Lovatt
Chartered Architect
BA (Hons), B.Arch, PgDip APP, ARB, RIBA
Laura is a highly motivated and ambitious ARB registered Architect with an interest in high quality design. Laura has experience in a variety of sectors, scale and work stages with a focus to achieving client expectations to a budget and timescale with planning, imagination and utilising experiences.
Outside of the office Laura enjoys a multitude of creative activities from baking and crafting to photography; reading and walks in the Peak District with friends and family. Her enjoyment for baking has developed and expanded to hosting events to raise money for charity.
Nathan Lodge
Architect
BA(Hons), M.Arch, PGDip, ARB, RIBA
Nathan is an ARB & RIBA qualified Architect with experience in a variety of sectors and across all RIBA stages. He has a predominant interest in healthcare, with an aim to improve the quality and design within the complex healthcare environment. Nathan has experience of providing a lead consultant role and team management on schemes.
Personal time is enjoyed spending lots of time on walks and adventures together with his family. While having many hobbies such as running, rock climbing, formula one and remote-control car racing between the pandemonium.
Melanie Malcolm
Chartered Architectural Technologist
SVQ, BTEC, MCIAT
Melanie is a member of CIAT and is responsible for leading and delivering a range of projects within the practice, alongside working with the rest of the team to deliver larger or more complex projects.
Her experience and technical knowledge in a range of sectors and locations gives the team a breadth of practical experience to call upon. Her open and collaborative nature ensure successful teamworking is always at the forefront of project delivery.
In her “spare” time, Melanie is to be found on the side lines of a football pitch cheering on her boys, and also volunteers for a children’s summer camp each year as a leader. She enjoys getting out in the fresh air with her family and cocker spaniel ‘Winnie’, exploring the beautiful Derbyshire countryside!
Anna Gregoriou
Senior Architectural Designer
BA(Hons), M.Arch, ETEK
Anna is a Cyprus Scientific and Technical Chamber (ΕΤΕΚ) Chartered Architect with experience in both Residential and Commercial Architecture, focusing on Defence, Education, Custodial, Leisure, Public & Civic, Research, Mixed Use and Masterplanning projects. She is a highly motivated person with high team spirit, dedicated to achieve creative and innovative value added proposals, and successfully deliver results within deadlines.
Outside of work, Anna enjoys reading, travelling, sea fishing and gardening at home and at her allotment with her husband and dog.
Amir Mohammed
Architectural Technologist
BSc, HND
Amir studied a HND in Building Studies prior to graduating in a BSc in Architectural Technology at Sheffield Hallam University. He gained his initial experience in practice with modular and residential buildings. His strong fortitude and motivation will allow him to develop into a successful chartered member of CIAT.
In his free time he enjoys concentrating on his fitness regime by going to the gym and taking part in sport activities. When not being active he enjoys creating new memories with his family by travelling and spending as much time with them as possible. He is also an adrenaline junkie who loves to fulfil his need for speed and takes part in car track days.
Olivia Marriot
Architectural Assistant
B.Arch
Having recently graduated from Liverpool John Moores University with a BA in Architecture, Olivia is undergoing her Part I placement with T.A.D with the goal of becoming a fully qualified architect eventually. She is keen to gain experience in a variety of projects and develop her skills in all aspects of architecture.
Outside of the office Olivia loves all elements of art and design. She likes to take inspiration from her frequent gallery trips, her favourites being the Tate Modern and Graves Gallery, Sheffield. Her other hobbies are outdoors based, such as walking in the Peak District and going outdoor swimming whenever she gets the opportunity.
Jayne Mansell
Accounts Manager and Company Secretary
Jayne joined the practice in 2002 and has full responsibility in all aspects of Accounts and Company Secretary roles, togther with general Administration duties.
In her spare time from the office Jayne loves the great outdoors and spends her time on long walks and cycle rides. She also loves meeting up with her family and friends and looking after her Grand Daughter.
Raheela Rani
Business Admin and Marketing Apprentice
Raheela recently started in September and provides administrative and marketing support to the business, staff and Directors, in particular relation to T.A.D. Architects and T.A.D. Project Safety.
Outside of work Raheela enjoys meeting up with friends, shopping and spending time with family.
